The elders, under Christ, are the spiritual leaders of the Church, responsible for guiding the church’s direction under the guidance of God and the approval of the congregation. They meet regularly to pray and oversee the ministry of the Word, as well as provide wisdom, leadership and correction where needed.

The deacons focus on the practical side of running the church as an organisation. Each oversees and organises a particular area of ministry within the Church.

This team consists of Pastors and laypeople who are paid to allow them to focus themselves on a given area of ministry.
